There was a local story about a device that when installed in a car, it increased that cars fuel usage by up to 8-10 mpg. It looks to be about the size of a blinder. You add water, hydrogen is made through hydrolysis. You have to add a "catalis" to the mix. Yoou add a hose to the intake of your air filter. Has anyone seen or heard of this device.
